Clean Development Consult Pvt. Ltd. (CDC), in collaboration with KIRDARC, Mid-West University, and IHE Delft, has developed a Municipal-Wide Inclusive Sanitation Plan (MSP) to improve water and sanitation governance in Patarasi Rural Municipality, Jumla, Karnali Province. The plan addresses key challenges, including unregulated water use, inadequate sanitation infrastructure, and waste management gaps, with a focus on marginalized communities.
