This feasibility study explores the development potential of the Shiv Circuit Project in Bagamati Province, an ancient pilgrimage route that connects 64 sacred Shiva Lingas and culturally significant sites across the region. Rooted in historical texts such as the Skanda Purana and Himavatkhanda, the project aims to revive and enhance the spiritual, cultural, and tourism value of this heritage corridor.
